Practitioners of all levels can attend any of the class formats for different health objectives and benefits (except for Ashtanga and Hatha 2 Yoga class, which is for experienced practitioners only). There will be pose modifications for different levels. Find out more about our classes!
Workshops are available for free. In a workshop setting, you can have focused attention and learning on specific areas (arm strength, core engagement, grounding or certain challenging or advance poses). While Yoga classes are designed for you to get the maximum health benefits from a good practice session, workshops are designed for you to grow so that you practice Yoga correctly and safely. You get dedicated attention from the teacher and in a small, controlled group.
Beginners and first-timers will be provided with yoga mats. Please do bring a face towel as you will need it!
